GRATITUDE! POWER AND MAGIC!
"Gratitude unlocks the Abundance of Life."
It turns what we have into enough and more! It turns denial into Acceptance, chaos into Order, confusion into Clarity. Gratitude can turn a meal into a Banquet, a home in a Home, a stranger into a Friend.
Gratitude gives meaning to our past, brings Peace to today and creates a Vision for tomorrow.
You can never create prosperity by talking or thinking about your lack of money. This is wasted thinking and cannot bring you abundance. Dwelling on lack only creates more lack. Poverty thinking brings more poverty. Gratitude thinking brings abundance. - Louise Hay -
WHAT IS GRATITUDE
"Gratitude" comes from the Latin "gratia", which, depending on the context, means "grace" or "grace". Gratitude never comes easy for us human beings, and it is a virtue that is overlooked today. In our consumerist society, we focus on what is missing or what others have and we do not, while gratitude is the feeling of appreciation for what we already have. Gratitude is the recognition that what really matters is outside of us, out of our control - be it other people, nature or a higher power - and, in fact, it has little or nothing to do with us.
WHAT IS NOT GRATITUDE
It is very easy, both for those who receive and those who do good, to think that "feeling gratitude" is the same as "feeling indebted" to the other. Feeling that you should be grateful to someone is much more a restricted obligation (real or imagined) for the beneficiary to reward the benefactor in some way, not because rewarding is a pleasure, but because the obligation is a pain - a debt, in fact. Unlike "thank you", "obligation" can lead the recipient to avoid and even resent their benefactor. In contrast, the beneficiary's ingratitude is painful because it denies the efforts and sacrifices of the beneficiary, which is an affront.
HOW TO EXPERIENCE GRATITUDE
Gratitude is experienced if the benefit that is given or received is unexpected or if the one who benefits has a higher social position than the one who receives (God, a teacher, a grandmother, a famous idol). If a benefit is expected, he and the beneficiary tend to be seen as "already guaranteed" by the beneficiary - something that happens a lot in strained relationships. In the case of spirituality, in paying homage to something that is outside of us, gratitude allows us to connect with something that is not only greater than ourselves, but which is also essentially good and reliable.
WHAT IS GRATITUDE FOR?
Gratitude awakens us to the miracle that is life, something to be admired, recognized and celebrated, rather than ignored or taken for granted - because it is not. It encourages and strengthens the development of our ability to appreciate, tranquility, awareness, enthusiasm and empathy, while weakening painful emotions such as those of anxiety, disappointment, loneliness, regret and even envy - which are completely incompatible with gratitude. All of this happens because it opens up a better and broader view of things, shifting our focus from what we lack or what we want to what we already have and everything we give. In other words, not just living in yourself - which is what makes everything possible. As we turn outward, gratitude allows us to live not only for ourselves, but to live in a broad sense.
One Single Word changes everything - GRATITUDE!

"There's an awakening going on. In fact, the leadership will change and show that awakening. It's about enlightenment. Let's say it again. The light is active and the darkness is passive. If you have a dark room and the light appears in it, it illuminates the whole room, isn’t it? The darkness goes away and you can’t stay in the light. If, instead, you’re in a bright room and the darkness comes in, nothing will happen. What does that tell you about your light and abilities? don't be afraid of those in the dark. You carry an energy that is very strong, but you don't even have to think about it, ever! "
12 LAWS OF GRATITUDE LITTLE KNOWN
1. The more you are in a state of gratitude, the more you will attract things for which you are grateful.
Be grateful for what you have, and you will end up having more. Focus on what you don't have, and you will never have enough.
2. Being happy will not always make you grateful, but being grateful will always make you happy.
It is almost impossible to sincerely appreciate a moment and look severely at the same time. Being happy now doesn't mean you don't want it anymore, it means you are grateful for what you have and patient for what is yet to come.
3. Gratitude fosters true forgiveness, which is when you can honestly say, "Thank you for that experience."
It does not make sense to condemn or regret an important life lesson. Gratitude brings meaning to yesterday, peace to the present, and creates a positive outlook for tomorrow.
4. You never need more than you have at any given time.
It has been said that the highest form of prayer is to give thanks. Instead of praying "for" things, give thanks for what you already have. When life gives you every reason to be negative, think of a good reason to be positive. There is always something to be thankful for.
5. Gratitude includes everything.
Good days give you happiness and bad days give you wisdom. Both are essential. Because everything has contributed to our progress, we should include everything in our gratitude. This is especially true in our relationships. We meet ordinary people in our lives; but if you give them a chance, they all have something important to teach us.
6. What you have to be thankful for in the present, changes.
Be grateful for everything you have now, because you never know what will happen next. What you have will end up being what you had. Life changes every day, and your blessings will gradually change with it.
7. The grateful mind never takes things for granted and without consideration.
What separates privilege from benefit is gratitude. The circumstance (or person) that you take for granted today may turn out to be the one that we need tomorrow.
8. Divine silence.
As you express your gratitude, you should not forget that the greatest appreciation is not simply to utter words, but to live them daily. What matters most is not what you say, but how you live. It is not enough to say that, show it. Don't just promise, prove it.
9. Gratitude includes retribution.
In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we hardly realize that we receive much more than we give, and life cannot be rich without this gratitude. It is so easy to overestimate the importance of our own achievements compared to what we have with the help of others.
10. The greatest tribute to the people and circumstances you have lost is not sadness, but gratitude.
Just because something didn’t last forever, it doesn’t mean it wasn’t the greatest gift imaginable. Be grateful that your paths crossed and that you had the opportunity to try something new.
11. To be truly grateful, be in the present.
Count the blessings in your life, starting with your breath right now. We often forget that the greatest miracle is not walking on water; the greatest miracle is to walk on the green earth, dwelling deeply in the present moment, enjoying it and feeling completely alive.
12. Abandoning control multiplies the potential for gratitude.
Sometimes, we invest a lot of strength to try to control every aspect of our lives and get lost completely on the way. Learn to let go, relax a little and take the path that life takes you sometimes. Try something new, have courage, but above all, do your best and be okay with it. Abandoning unnecessary expectations allows you to truly experience the unexpected. And the greatest joys in life are often unexpected surprises and opportunities that you never foresaw.
What do you think is worth thanking in your life? There are those who think they deserve to thank only the good times or when good things happen, according to their own expectations. Although the precept that gratitude is the elixir of life is ancient, this is a subject that does not predominate only in the religious context. It runs through philosophy, mystics and reaches scientific laboratories. It is such an important topic in human life because it is directly linked to the level of quality of life.
Complaining was not good, science says. Far from being a disintegration of negative emotions and experiences, known as catharsis, scientist and philosopher, Steven Parton, claims that complaining negatively alters the brain. the person to get out of that state.
Every time the individual behaves like a 'complainer' and he starts talking, seeing and feeling ungrateful about everything, it is affecting him biochemically, putting an end to opportunities to be happy. This is an attitude that causes stress. In addition, complaint and negativity can seriously contribute to early death, ponders Parton, who clarifies that those who only complain are underestimating the power of change they have over reality.
Gratitude is the mother of all feelings, this is a consideration of many scholars of the human mind. There is a common expression in several countries that expresses the feeling of gratitude as the memory of the heart.
Scholars in the field of psychosomatics point out that the defense of the immune system of a grateful person constantly increases, which provides better health, surprising recovery from a surgical incision or from a disease, in addition to the mental serenity that is provoked. Whoever thanks, even in the face of unpleasant facts, creates a mild psychological state, then increases the chances of understanding the best about the situation in which they find themselves. Unlike someone who only murmurs, who only sees disillusionment and dark energy in front of himself.
The habit of thanking frees the flow to receive what is better in life.
